Nearby are the Consumers' Cooperative, a bank, pizzerias, restaurants, delicatessens and numerous shops. Once you arrive, you will not have to use your car: all the main points of interest are easily reached on foot. The flats, which are brand new and furnished with high quality finishes, offer all the necessary comforts.

Small actions, with a big impact, which we also ask our guests to take while on holiday:
- We provide special bins to make it easier for you to recycle properly.
- During your stay, we recommend the use of glass bottles to better appreciate the fresh, natural water from the surrounding mountains, thus reducing the use of plastic.
- To explore the area, we recommend using bicycles and buses, taking advantage of the convenient free public transport system that covers the entire Livigno and Trepalle area. The frequent and practical shuttles stop a few steps away from the flats, making it easy to get around and making every visit a stress-free experience.
- Parking your car and then forgetting about it is a practical and advantageous choice! You can choose between free outdoor parking and a heated garage for a fee.
- Courtesy sets in refillable dispensers: they are sustainable because they significantly reduce plastic consumption and cut down on product waste.
- We supply more crockery than you need (cutlery, plates, glasses) so that you always have it available and only start the dishwasher cycle when fully loaded.
